What's the event like?

Gates open at 11AM on Friday and we will check you in at the gate. One you and your bike are banded, you can roll in and set up your campsite & make yourself at home. This is a great time to meet your neighbors, stop by the sponsor booths to see what games, demos, etc. they have going on, and check out the route maps to see where you want to ride the next day. As the sun starts to set the music gets turned up as the welcome party starts. Some of the great activities that happen on site throughout the weekend are the bike show, games, raffle, bike demos and workshops. Tap into the food truck and relax! You made it! The goal is for you to have a great time, meet some new friends, and maybe learn a thing or two. Saturday morning treat yourself to a latte and grab a route map and hit the road for a day of self-guided adventures. All the routes are guaranteed fun (and historical)! Riders usually start rolling

back into camp around 3 or 4PM and are welcomed with more fun on site activities and a really epic dance party that night (bring your dancing boots). Sunday morning is "pack it out day" so gather your trash take it to the dumpster and start packing up as the event space is cleared at 11AM and we are already getting excited for next year.

What is the campsite like?

There are plenty of campsites in the trees (hammocks welcome) + showers, flush toilets, extra portos cleaned daily, a fully stocked camp store, an epic barn where all the action is, drinkable water, grass field for car parking with ample room for games and hangs, AND you can walk right into town from camp if you want to explore Narrowsburg proper which we highly recommend. We will have a food & coffee vendor on site for meals but you are welcome to bring your own as well. Click HERE for a virtual tour & for a better view & vibe of the venue.

FAQ

RVS & Toyhaulers can come now? YES! Because we have more space, we can accommodate larger vehicles. Simply buy a vehicle pass in addition to your admission ticket. This covers any size rig you are bringing. Please note, all car, truck, rv camping is in the open field with no hookups etc. and are about 50- 100 yards away from motorcycle camping. No deliveries are permitted and no un-ticketed guests are allowed to bring in your rig / set up and leave. You must be able to "do it yourself" :)

I purchased the 3rd party insurance for my ticket, how do I file a claim if I can't come for one of their listed reasons? No problem! If you purchased the 3rd party insurance and need to file a claim or find out if your reason is acceptable to them, tap this link to get started: https://www.purchaseprotection.com/

Can I get a refund? No, sadly we rented out the space and have to pay for it no matter what. You have the ability to use the 3rd party insurance option @ checkout (read the fine print) so use it :) Rest assured if the event does get cancelled, we will refund ticket holders.

Can I come early? Stay longer? Sadly we cannot have anyone, unless they are working the event, enter earlier than gates on Friday. NO friends, NO family, no one please <3 Please find a campsite or lodging elsewhere so we have plenty of space for large vehicles, deliveries, and other heavy machinery. If you want to add a few days on, stop by the camp store to pay for extra nights after the event. Landers would LOVE to have you stay a few!

Can I transfer my ticket to another rider? Sadly you missed the extended window to do so by June 3rd 12PM eastern time. No exceptions period. Showing up with a printed ticket not in your name will not be honored by the event under any circumstances. Tickets cannot be transferred to future events.

Can I buy an admission ticket at the gate? No, you must buy a ticket prior to the event online. There are no admission tickets sold at the gate but we will have a few vehicle passes for those who ran into mechanical trouble and need to drive to attend.

I have never been, what's it like? Will I have fun? We want to be 100% transparent as we have new riders join us every year (which is awesome) Here is the nitty gritty:  This is a true riding event. If you do not like riding motorcycles or camping, you will NOT have a good time.  Our events cater to riding the diverse routes of the Catskills. This isn't a shopping event, or a drink all day at camp type of thing, there are no tour guides, no pre-arranged group rides, no one to help with special needs etc. If you can navigate a google map, come prepared for the weather, have your bike dialed, able to problem solve, love to rough it a bit, this event is right up your alley. If you are the type that needs to "speak to the manager" or are coming here to get black out drunk, rev your engine disturbing everyone around you like a true dick, then it's suggested to find another event that is better suited to your comforts and personality. No shame in knowing this is not for you, it saves us all a lot of headaches.

What bikes are welcome? I am not a rider yet sooo? Can I drive / trailer etc.? ALL street legal 2-, 3-, or 4-wheel freedom machines are welcome! If you are not riding yet or not 100% confident to ride to this event, we suggest driving or trailering your moto. HOWEVER, absolutely NO MINI BIKES. If you are coming by car and not a rider yet, we truly think that is awesome! We hope the weekend will inspire you to get your license after getting to know this amazing community. Make sure you grab a car or truck parking pass for your 4-wheel vehicle prior to coming out. We CAN accommodate RVS, trailers, etc. this year (just grab the $50 parking pass as its good for cars, trucks, trailers, rvs, towables etc). Please note all car, truck rv camping is DRY and in the middle of the field with no shade.

What ticket do I need to purchase? What are my driving options? Every single person must have GENERAL ADMISSION ticket to enter the property which must be purchases prior. If you are the driver of a car or truck you must also purchase a parking pass.

I am coming for (1) night or staying somewhere else, can I get a discount? Sorry! All tickets are for the full weekend no matter if you hang for 5 min or stay all weekend to enjoy the atmosphere and amenities we've provided.

Do I get a specific camping spot assigned to me? No spots are pre-assigned but you are guaranteed a space. The camp area is first come, first serve. There is plenty of amazing spots for everyone. Car campers will be in a separate area so don't expect your bud to be able to drive over & through the moto camping section and drop your stuff, you’ll have to walk it over. We have rented the entire place and there are no "crappy areas"! There are tons of trees and lean-tos on the property and we are right on the Delaware River.

What is up with food and water? Scroll down to the very bottom for link to see what the food truck will be serving but know it’s a small-scale weekend so limited or picky eaters beware and do not rely on food vendors to fit any special needs. Feel free to bring your own coolers with food, water, booze etc. to ensure you are taken care of. The WIFI doesn't work so bring cash (ATMS are in town but not on site). There are grocery stores / restaurants etc. in town less than half a mile away and gas stations are within 1 mile and a liquor store within walking distance. Google the area and see what is available.

I want to shoot, take video, do a social media takeover for this event for a brand, magazine, online editorial, etc. Do I need permission? We’d love to hear more! Babes Ride Out is a private event and we do the best we can not to distract our guests so they can have the best time possible. If you want to shoot the event in any way for a media source, a brand, or other non-personal use, please email press@babesrideout.com for permission as no commercial photography or video of any kind is allowed unless approved by BRO. Images for your own use are 100% awesome and appreciated! No need to ask if it’s for yourself and/or personal social media, we only ask that you be respectful to the other attendees :)

How do I connect with other ladies to ride out, or see who is selling a ticket to the event, or where do I sell my unused ticket to the event? Click over to our Facebook group and post away!

Can I bring my boyfriend, dad, or husband? No, this is a ladies only event. Please check chopcult.com for all co/ed events.

Can I bring my kids and pets? Nope, the event is not kid / pet friendly :(

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? Must be 21+ to attend and have valid ID to drink

What CAN'T I bring to the event? Mini bikes, weapons, signage, easy ups, discriminatory flags, banners, fireworks, pets, kids, a bad attitude, hand-outs for a brand or marketing materials of any kind.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Nope :) Just show up, you'll be on the list.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay? Nope! Your ticket must match your ID. If someone bought your ticket for you under their name and did not put it in your name, you must show up together so the ticket holder can collect both tickets.

Refusal of Entry: Babes Ride Out has the right to refuse entry and service if attendees become aggressive, threatening or harassing to any other attendee or staff. If an attendee becomes disrespectful or totally unreasonable, we have grounds to remove attendee. This is in effect before, during, after event for future events. This is a private event and no one is entitled to it.

I am transgender, transitioning or non-binary, am I still welcome to come? 100% yes! “Ladies Only” is the best we have found to make it clear who this event is dedicated to. We understand that gender is fluid and trust that the moto community can make the distinction as they have over our past 9 years hosting the events.

Zero Tolerance: All Babes Ride Out events have a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech or violence whatsoever & feel that it is important to reiterate that racism, homophobia, bigotry, aggressive or condescending behavior towards anyone is not welcome at any of our events and we have the right to refuse service at any time. If you feel unsafe, report it immediately.
