We are so ready to welcome all of you to Babes Ride Out East Coast 2023! Here are all the details consolidated to ensure you know "what's up!".
Ability to purchase admission and or transfer tickets ended 5/29 12PM Pacific for this year's event. If you do not have a general admission ticket(s) for this event in your name, we will have to see you next year. If you need to drive instead of riding, that is ok! We will have a handful of parking passes at the gate for those already holding an admission ticket. If you can't attend and purchased the 3rd party insurance offered on the ticket page, you can file your claim here https://www.
Gates: Open at 11AM Friday. Please make sure to be in by 9PM for security & safety reasons. If unable to make it by 9PM, please stay elsewhere and come when gates re-open at 8AM. Be aware that the area has thousands of deer and foxes and they tend to run out in the road (all day everyday), so for your safety, please be careful and keep those eyes up! Event ends promptly at 11AM Sunday and camp must be cleared out. *Reminder we do not go off printed tickets. We have the final guest list so simply show up with your ID*
Camping: We have plenty of space for all of you to camp comfortably based on being sold out / property's actual size. Reminder that each person does not have an individual camping site, rather all spots are shared. Be mindful of your neighbors, say hello, and make new friends! Fire pits and tables are sprinkled throughout the sites and a firewood truck makes the rounds each evening.
Food x Bev x Gas: We've got an amazing food truck and coffee cart on site and gas stations, restaurants, grocery store, and gas are walking distance. Make sure to grab some afternoon ice cream at Nora's Lovin' Spoonful (right by camp!). Feel free to bring in adult beverages, we just kindly ask no glass.
Leave No Trace: Please keep your area spotless! If you need extra trash bags, please ask :) We need everyone to pitch in before they leave to ensure we are welcome back next year.
All the Fun: Make sure to take a dive into the schedule as it notes so much fun stuff!
Routes: You can't go wrong! So much to see & do with all our fav Biltwell routes, townships, sites, and more listed below! Get enough riding in on the way to the event? Float the river! Landers offers river floatin' which includes float & transportation to drop off. The float ends right at camp! Reserve your river rat adventure at the camp store.
