WHO WE ARE

Real Deal Revolution is a women-led nonprofit revolutionizing the perception of skilled trades—and women’s roles within them—through mentorship, community, and hands-on experiences, including traveling Workshoppes led by women in the trades. We put real tools into people’s hands, replacing intimidation with confidence and helping them see what they’re capable of building, creating, and becoming.
