Babes Ride Out Oregon Schedule of Events 2025 + Some Helpful Info!

We are less than 2 weeks away and wanted you had a moment to save the "what's going on all weekend" on your phone.  A few things to note, each "maker" will have their info posted in front of their booth (times , prices etc.) and are all first come first served except for SIDELINE SPORTS MEDICINE MASSAGES AND BODY WORK, Simply tap in and secure a spot :) Harley-Davidson will be on site with (25) brand new bikes for you to take out on a timed demo. If you ever wanted to see what a new machine felt / rode like, this is an amazing chance. The on site kitchen will have it's full menu running plus ticketed dinner specials (I believe the specials are salmon + ribs or chicken Friday and Brisket on Sat with soup options etc. but this might shift). When you arrive, you can grab a ticket to that dinner at their check in (they have not told us the cost yet).  Speaking of check in, we can't WAIT to welcome you. Friendly reminder: If you want to camp together, arrive together as we will be placing riders in as they arrive and there is no "site hopping" once you are assigned.  This is a SOLD OUT event so you will be sharing space with other riders, no one, except those who got a car/truck /RV pass have their own designated site. Registration is closed at 10PM so no one will be available to check you into a spot after 10PM. Its vital everyone is in by 10PM which is the venues quiet time as well.

  • Hook and Talon Menu (there will be more options available but if you have specific allergies / dietary restrictions, please bring what you need to survive)
  • Water is available on site and is said to be the purest water there is. All spigots / etc. are 100% fine and encouraged to use as drinking water. 
  • A camp store is on site with beer, wine, other necessities <3 
  • WIFI is terrible and you won't have great service at all. The nest place to get signal is by the camp store and Hook and Talon. 
  • There is 30 AMP electric at each site for charging needs. 
  • You can access the FAQ on the ticket page if you need to file a claim for those of you who got the 3rd party insurance or transfer a ticket by Sunday, Sept 28th 6PM pacific. After that, we cannot accept transfers under any circumstances. 
  • Friendly reminder that both men and women work at Shelter Cove. This venue is also on the PCT and on occasion, a hike, female/male/ other, will come to the camp store to retrieve a mailed re supply before carrying on. Please wish them well and be kind.
  • To those of you new to Babes Ride Out (over 1/2 of you) we can't wait to meet you!!! This event is about the riding and we are super G rated / low key style. If you want to raise hell, we suggest heading out of camp and down to Manley's Tavern.

  • FIRES! At this time, wood burning fires are ok at each site. Wood is for sale at the camp store ($10 a bundle) and they will deliver it to your site.
