Babes Ride Out Deadwood 2025 - All the Info + Schedule + Maps

We are gearing up to head out and begin setting up Babes Ride Out Deadwood Presented by Harley-Davidson! This epic 4 day / 3 night round up is our most simplified events (as you can tell by the ticket cost) and is all about riding! Here is what to expect for this amazing low-key weekend with a TON of riding!

THURSDAY:

12PM: Venue is OPEN! The on-site restaurant and bar will be open as well until 10PM

12PM: Camping / RV check in

3PM: Cabin and hotel check in begins

4PM: Pre sign up for the Harley-Davidson demos and Pan America Demos. This will allow you to get the waivers out of the way and learn about the bikes, the ADV info, routes in the area, etc. for Saturday and Sunday demo days / times. If you are nervous about the ADV experience, don't be! This will be a lead follow with their amazing team on solid 2 way trails that will take you into some of the most beautiful areas. Come with ALL your questions and Harley-Davidson will be there to help!

6PM: Welcome gathering! The town of Deadwood is sending an amazing gal to welcome us to the area and will talk to us about the history of women in the area, share info about the town and be there to answer any questions you may have about this beautiful area.

7PM: Starr Chief Eagle, an American Indian Culture Interpreter representing the Lakota Sioux people of the Northern Great Plains will be giving a cultural talk on her people's local history. During her welcome she will be preforming her ancestors unique Hoop Dancing which she specializes in. Photos of her presentation + with her are encouraged!

8PM: Bar and Grill hang out! We will be taking over the touch tunes in on site restaurant and hanging out for a meet and greet with you all!

9PM: Restaurant closes

FRIDAY:

7AM-9PM: Restaurant open for breakfast + coffee + dinner etc.

9AM -5PM: Harley-Davidson + Pan America demos open! Come sign up!

9AM: GO RIDE!!!!!! We will have on site maps that show various routes and note any new road closures on them. This is the perfect day to do Iron Mountain + Spearfish Canyon since the weather looks to be mid 80s. Please note weather changes hourly so please check it the day of before you begin your ride*

7:30PM LINE DANCING! We will be gathering under the pavilion for Ms. Amber's line dancing lessons. Don't worry, you can be super uncoordinated and be boot scootin' before you know it by the end. She and her team will be teaching us several combos to modern music and more.

SATURDAY:

7AM-9PM: Restaurant open for breakfast + coffee + dinner etc.

9AM -5PM: Harley-Davidson + Pan America demos open! Come sign up!

9AM: GO RIDE!!!!!! We will have on site maps that show various routes and note any new road closures on them. This is the perfect day to do the BADLANDS! If the weather stays 75.....ommggggg, what a freaking perfect shot to go check this amazing National Park out! Please note weather changes hourly so please check it the day of before you begin your ride*

7PM-9PM: Bar and grill hang out or take a cab to Deadwood for the last night! We want to give you an option to stay super chill before you head home on Sunday or go out and enjoy Deadwood, SD at its night time best. There are ghost tours in town, amazing bars, and of course, casinos. Deadwood Blues festival will be in full swing...

SUNDAY:

7AM: Restaurant open for breakfast + coffee

11AM: Check out time! Ride safe babes!

If you ordered the official event tee or official event crewneck for the event (sorry to anyone who registered 5 weeks ago who did not get the option due to printing / shipping times & deadlines) your order will be able to get picked up at the Babes Ride Out merch booth on Thursday 3PM-6PM* We will have other merch for sale (tees, hoodies, hats, beanies, socks, pins, helmet stickers etc!
