Biltwell EXFIL-3 Bag

Overview: The EXFIL-3 is designed as a handlebar bag to mount on bikes with tall risers or T-bars. However, the velcro + MOLLE fastening system opens this vessel up for mounting in all sorts of places. It makes a great gloves box, phone holder, tool bag or junk drawer. It’s highly water resistant, but not 100% waterproof so don’t leave your stamp collection in it during a thunderstorm. Inside you’ll find organizing panels for securing small items. These panels are removable, so you can take one or both out to create more space. Fits three 12oz cans, hence the EXFIL-3 name.
